Purchased gift cards can only be used on ViarCanvas.com. Gift cards are not accepted in exchange for money. The gift card is valid for 12 months, after the expiration date the gift card is blocked and the money is non-refundable.

In accordance with the Terms of Use, ViarCanvas.com offers the possibility to upload photographs on the website www.viarcanvas.com, which are used in the production of goods. By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to store these images, upload them to our site and print on canvas, and also guarantee that you take responsibility in the event of claims by third parties for the ownership of uploaded images.

viarcanvas.com guarantees that your uploaded images will not be used for any purpose other than the production of your order and delivery to the address you provide, which means that, if necessary, your property may be transferred to third party contractors in order to secure your order (visual processing , printing, packaging, shipping, etc.).

If you want to return the received product, within 5 business days, send a return application to admin@viarcanvas.com, indicating the reason for the return and attach it with a photo of the received product.

ViarCanvas.com will help you make a refund and transfer your money back to your account.

Return and replacement of the painting is carried out at our expense, if :

1. The subject of the image on the resulting canvas does not match what was agreed upon.
2. Upon receipt of the picture, mechanical damage was found.
3. There are other visible flaws that are not your fault.
4. Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The right of return without visible damage does not apply to non-standard and personalized orders.A personalized order cannot be canceled once work has begun. The work done is compensated
5. The order can be brought to any of our workshops or we will send couriers to the address of our workshop. The address is indicated in the contacts. The repeated delivery of the order is paid by viarsanvas
